Message: I approached Past and Present in a state of panic due to being let down by the original clearance company we'd engaged to empty Dad's house before it went to it's new owners. There were only 7 days left and Mr Shaw and his team rose to the challenge of a serious amount of clutter, removing it all in 7 vanloads from a property with very difficult access. Mr Shaw visited the property, measuring and coming up with a good estimate of time and cost of the work, something the previous company had neglected to do thus leaving us in the lurch with the job only a fraction completed.
